We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer specialised in front-end development to take ownership of front-end architecture, design, and development. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure every line of code enhances a better, more customer-focused product. You'll play a key role in shaping software that is scalable, secure, and reliable, whilst working in an agile, collaborative environment that values curiosity and craftsmanship.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Designing and building elegant, high-performance front-end applications using React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrating RESTful APIs to create responsive, data-rich user experiences that prioritise the customer first.
• Leading front-end architecture and design discussions — ensuring scalability, maintainability, and innovation in every solution.
• Conducting code reviews with integrity and fostering a culture of quality and shared learning.
• Collaborating across teams to continuously improve processes, performance, and product outcomes.
• Championing best practices in security, testing, accessibility, and user experience.

What you'll bring

• Your deep technical expertise in React, with proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Your proven experience in designing and maintaining front-end architectures.
• Your mindset of continuous improvement — always seeking ways to simplify, optimise, and innovate.
• Your experience working with REST APIs and strong collaboration with back-end teams.
• Your familiarity with Java or cross-stack development is a plus.
