
Total Rewards and Organisational Capability Lead

We are looking to appoint a **Total Rewards and Organisational Capability Lead** at Minor Hotels for Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development or Total Rewards Specialist to expand their expertise and aspire to progress into a senior leadership position.
**Total Rewards Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the design, governance and administration for compensation and reward programs
- Manage the benefit platform, including reporting, and tracking of platform metrics to ensure ROI
- Provide comprehensive and pragmatic advice in compensation packages, benefit policies, practices and programmes
- Guide HR Partners and leaders on policy and guideline interpretation and pay decisions.
- Assess the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are industry competitive, cost-effective, and consistent with the group’s strategic priorities
- Manage compensation surveys, research market competitive practices, and recommend new programs or enhancements based on cost/benefit analysis
**Organisational Capability Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the L&D team in the development, delivery, and evaluation of L&D programmes
- Oversee communication and engagement initiatives and projects
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify development needs and address any discrepancies between training and performance
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and practices to ensure the programmes and interventions offered are innovative and relevant
**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will require the following**:
- 5 years’ experience working in a similar role
- Experience in the hospitality industry would be highly regarded
- Experience in managing and working with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in project and change management
- Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities at the same time
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to extract insight from data & explain these to audiences simply and succinctly
