As a Senior Underwriter, you will be a point of contact for help and support towards your team for your knowledge and expertise. As an experienced team member, you are capable of driving continual improvement and impacting the current work process. Our client is striving for growth are looking for an enthusiastic new person to join them on this exciting adventure.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney, with a Hybrid working solution available

**The Role**:

- To develop and underwrite new business and renewal retention
- Manage client relationships
- Increase company's market share within the Commercial Liability market through new and existing relationships
- Be able to effectively promote the company and products to the broker market
- Plan and execute business strategies to attract and retain valuable customers and to turn around poor performing policies

**About you**:

- 5 years' Liability Underwriting experience preferred
- You will be passionate about delivering professional client experiences and enjoy working towards new business opportunities
- An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills and prioritisation
- Established market relationships and have a high level of communication skills
