Rare opportunity to join an end-user client site making a real difference in the West Australian community. Work as a key Org Change Analyst/Manager working across a couple of key project initiatives, including a new SaaS ERP program of work.

**Your new employment opportunity**
- This organisation is a leader in their industry sector, and leverages technology to help provide a better end-user customer experience across WA. A new ERP SaaS transformation and integration technology project has created an additional need for you to join the IT business services team as a Change Analyst / Manager reporting to the Program Manager.
- Key projects within this ERP program of work will have you helping this complex, West Australian business maximise value from their technology investments as you help ensure change communications, processes and systems and enacted properly across this enterprise site.
- Effective influencing and proactive communication across the three main stakeholder groups will be key to your success here.
- You'll enjoy building training, communication and change plans that help improve stakeholder engagement and ensure project objectives are achieved.
- You will have an opportunity to work across the complete business and change management lifecycle, helping implement new best practice processes and methodologies, improving stakeholder communication and execution in the business, and helping coordinate a range of new initiatives.

**Importantly, you**
- Briefly, you will have prior experience as a change analyst, trainer and change manager working with various internal and external stakeholder teams.
- Using your positive and professional communication and influencing skills you will be responsible for helping improving communication and processes across the organisation.
- Sound business / commercial skills, change analysis, project coordination, management consulting and internal people consulting skills are required.
- Relevant tertiary education qualification/s would be of benefit in addition to industry certifications in change management (CCMP, Prosci) and project management/delivery (Prince2).
