We are looking for a Change & Communications Analyst to join our client's team on a short-term engagement starting ASAP. This role will suit someone who thrives on improving knowledge management practices, refining processes and driving the adoption of change initiatives across a large and complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reorganise and enhance knowledge management sites (Share Point, Teams, etc.)
  • Review and refine policies and procedures to align with best practice
  • Support the roll-out of a new change management framework
  • Develop and deliver tailored ICT communication strategies and materials
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the business
About You
  • Strong knowledge of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with knowledge management platforms (Share Point, Teams or similar)
  • Proven ability to craft and deliver communications for large, complex organisations
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices
  • Ability to build rapport, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels
