My client is seeking a business savvy, people-person to join their team and work through some exciting projects. Our client has become a stample in the Perth Mining/Resources scene and with some futher M&A oppurtinities on the horizon, they need a Change Analyst to join their ranks to assist with this growth.

You will need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be comfortable hosting workshops and round-table discussions to all levels of staff This is not a 'Technical' position and would suit someone who is comfortable in discussions, both positive and negative. You should be able to articulate the benefits of the projects and implement change. We are seeking solid Change or Business Analyst who has worked on both Projects or Programs.

The role has been offered as both a permenant position but can also be on a contract. Reporting into the Project Manager, you will be involved in a series of ongoing initiatives around behavioural and cultural changes for the team. Our client is open to education or experience but ideally you will have a couple of years as a Change Analyst or Business Analyst.

**Responsibilities**
- Complete detailed analysis of change impacts, transition requirements and document results as directed by Head of Technology.
- Work with the Change Management team, Program Managers, Project Managers and other identified business representatives to prepare impacted groups for change
- Utilise change methodology and design thinking (including detailed impact assessments, training needs analysis, training plans and materials, development of communications materials, transition plans, support plans)
- Work with the Change Management team and other key stakeholders to:

- Complete detailed analysis of training and support needs
- Develop training content for training and support materials
- Support the Project Manager and Training team in the delivery of training and support activities
