Clincial Quality and Risk Co Ordinator-adf Health

A key operations position on behalf of our partner AHSC contract. The role requires a strong quality and compliant management focus by assisting and supporting key health service delivery contracts. In response to a rapidly expanding contract, we are looking for an experienced Clinical Quality and Risk Coordinator to monitor key operational processes and coordination across the contract.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for managing and providing advice, assistance and support relating to Quality management, Operational reviews, Incident and Complaint Management, and Document control across key health service delivery contracts. You will work within a dynamic and committed team to demonstrate a Just Culture of continuous improvement. We are seeking your operational experience to maximise organisational performance and deliver results through adaptability and support.
As a Clinical Quality and Risk Coordinator, you will develop effective relationships that influence, support and lead stakeholder groups within and outside of your immediate responsibility. You will work with high-performing Serco leaders and with our client to deliver on this evolving service.
For this reason, proven experience in clinical compliance or a healthcare setting is highly desirable. Your passion to implement and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement will ensure success and opportunities for career advancement within the vast global Serco talent community.
