Join a reputable manufacturing and distribution company known for delivering high-quality compressed gases and cryogenic liquids. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team in Perth, focused on industrial clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and cultivate customer relationships to achieve sales targets and drive profitable growth.
- Expand sales territory by acquiring new customers and increasing sales to existing ones.
- Develop proposals, costing, and contracts to maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers.
- Ensure compliance with paperwork and reporting procedures.
- Identify and address safety and health hazards promptly.
- Support internal and external auditing activities.
- 3-4 years of experience in industrial equipment, welding, or power tools.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial markets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and account development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
