The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Learning and Development Advisor to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Research, design and deliver programs for a range of blended learning initiatives
- Tailor instructional design strategies which encompass a range of delivery methods such as facilitator led workshops and online learning options
- Coordinate the delivery of blended learning programs including orientation, leadership, team, individual and online development programs
- Leverage a range of tools to develop templates and resources to support the efficient and effective delivery of learning programs

About you

**To be successful in this position you will require**:

- A relevant qualification or current studies in Human Resource Management or Adult Education would be well regarded
- Experience in the following will be well regarded:

- Facilitation of non-clinical programs
- Online learning and /or experience in software such as Moodle and Articulate Storyline
- Organisational and project management
- Working with behavioural competency frameworks
- Evidence of vaccination and remain vaccinated against - COVID 19
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed

Salary
- Temporary full time (6 months, with the possibility of extension)
- Base salary ranging from $3632.10 - $3951.90 per fortnight

About Us
The Learning and Development Advisory team design, deliver and manage the roll out non-clinical training in online, virtual and facilitated sessions. The team also assist with the management and delivery of clinical training via the Learning Management System. Based at Carrara.
