**The Role - Who You Are**

As INNX Admin Assistant, your core role is to fulfil general administration duties, including basic bookkeeping.

This role has a high level of interactivity within the INNX hub (and their guests) and collaboration with the Business Manager, so it is imperative that you have excellent communication, social skills, and business acumen. You will be the first point of contact and first impression for all visitors, and the go-to problem solver. We are looking for someone with innovative characteristics who can integrate well into the creative community we have fostered.

While the position comes with a set list of tasks, we don’t like to restrict people. Instead, we want you to grow and develop in what you’re doing. Show us that you have the drive and passion to grow with the business

Here are the basics
- Assisting the INNX Manager with an assortment of tasks as needed
- Hot Desks/Meeting Room/Event Space booking enquiries, hosting tours of the space, and drawing up Licence Agreements as needed
- Management of the Meeting Room - presentation, setting up the room for meetings, calendar
- Opening and closing duties for the INNX main building
- Front desk/reception duties, such as answering the phone, greeting clients, and communicating with Locals
- Observing and booking in maintenance requirements, basic care & cleaning of communal areas/shared facilities during the day (and communication with our cleaner on daily cleaning requirements)
- Collaborating with the INNX Manager on the creation of internal and external events and internal community engagements opportunities
- Social Media scheduling and content creation
- The ability to use autonomy as an opportunity to be productive
- Computer proficient, someone who can understand the brand's language and be consistent with their writing

**Highly desirable skills**
- Accounting experience with Xero (reconciliation, acc. payable/receivable)
- Design (Illustrator, Photoshop) - we'd love someone who can use our brand assets to create engaging and clean promotional documents/social posts

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newcastle West, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
