About the Role
- Assist and support the Transitional Housing Team in the implementation of consumer care. Commit to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by actively participating in safety and quality practices. Participate actively in the ongoing evaluation of effectiveness of treatment plans and feedback results of evaluation to treating team. Work as part of a team to implement an agreed risk management approach, this includes the review and sourcing of information on best practice, and participation in ongoing internal/external quality reviews.
