About the Role
Prepare and /or implement individual or group treatment programs for patients with complex conditions under the supervision or guidance of the therapists and report on patient performance as required.
Develop a clear understanding of the role and the roles of those in other professions and use this knowledge to work collaboratively with the interprofessional team.
Work as part of a team to implement an agreed risk management approach, this includes the review and sourcing of information on best practice, and participation in ongoing internal/external quality reviews.
Support, mentor and supervise less experienced allied health assistants and students including teaching and assessment of generic competencies.
