**The Role**

A number of **APS Level 4** positions are available in the enquiry line and in the skills assessment teams, where you will be responsible for undertaking skills assessments services through several programs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the** APS 4 Level Program Officer** may include:

- tasks that will benefit from experience or an understanding of program or project management or customer service/call centre.
- sound verbal and written communication skills and the ability to provide high level client service.
- a proven ability to complete tasks with limited supervision, adhere to documentation procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
- a proven ability to attend to detail, manage and organise own work, and adjust as required to meet emerging priorities.
