**The Role**

Provide strong leadership to your team and - You will be **responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members daily**. As a car park manager, you will be the contact point for all team members so your communication and conflict resolution skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
- Maintain a weekly rotating roster and adjust staff hours as necessary. Ensure that the staffing levels required to accomplish KPIs are maintained. Manage employee leave (such as sick and annual leave) and make plans for the need for backup every day
- Enhance customer satisfaction through consistent, responsive, and polite handling of enquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Ensure all parking equipment, and facilities are in good working order and report as necessary
- Establish and manage relationships with key Hospital stakeholders
- Carry out minor repairs/maintenance on car park equipment, e.g., jammed tickets in machinery, pass cards not working and general mechanical problems, also equipment cleaning (domestic maintenance)
- Attend meetings to discuss car park performance and opportunities for improvement
- Accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Training of staff to achieve service and performance targets
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures in line with Hospital requirements and policies

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Full unrestricted Victorian drivers licence and own vehicle
- **Must be up to date with Covid booster & flu shot, as required of all hospital sites**
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to role model values and behaviours
- Strong organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience in and commitment to provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrated experience in effective communications with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to always act with integrity, with all stakeholders

- Ability to provide clear, timely accurate advice to internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and supervise others

**Recruitment Process**:

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
