Our client has an extensive portfolio of completed projects. This particular company has a proven track record in successful project delivery and the ability to meet a range of needs to achieve its corporate objectives. Projects in the following sectors**:Defence, Retail and Education.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and develop skills in service coordination, focusing on electrical systems and switchboards
- Lead and motivate team members towards project success, aiming for advancement opportunities such as Service Manager or Service Project Manager
- Maintain excellent client relations through transparent communication and on-site presence, with a focus on fostering trust and consistency
- Possess relevant experience and education in construction or related fields, with potential for career progression based on performance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Australian project or construction management
- Degree or relevant experience in Electrotechnology or Electrical field
- Strong communication and leadership skills for successful project outcomes
- Proven track record in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
- Ability to lead project teams effectively towards common goals
