**Aged Care, Support, and Community Workers Needed in Perth**

**Positions Available**:

- Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Aged Care Support Workers
- Community Support Workers

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing high-quality care and support to elderly clients.
- Assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Supporting individuals in achieving greater independence and quality of life.
- Engaging with community programs to promote social inclusion and well-being.
- Monitoring and reporting health and wellness changes to relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications and/or certifications in aged care, community services, or nursing.
- Previous experience in aged care, support work, or community work is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive demeanor.
- Must have valid working rights in Australia.
