Flockd GRP is a diverse group of companies including Flockd Co-workspace, café and Australian Lifestyle Brands home to our own consumer lifestyle products based in beautiful Burleigh Heads, QLD. Our warehouse team produces and assembles a variety of products for our fabulous Smelly Balls and TLC Commercial brands onsite, as well as managing pick and pack of orders and inbound deliveries.

We are recruiting for casual warehouse staff to join our hard-working team. We are offering
**32.5 casual hours per week** Monday - Friday day shifts with the possibility to scale up to 38 hours per week in peak periods. Some flexibility on days of work is available. Our business is on a growth pathway so there are opportunities for dedicated people to move to permanent part-time or full-time roles.

**Responsibilities**

Product Assembly:

- Light assembly of products including packaging of our Smelly Balls air freshener
- Filling and labelling of our eco-friendly, non-hazardous cleaning products
- Maintain quality control of the products being produced
- Follow daily production plan
- Assist with keeping a clean & functional workplace

Pick & Pack:

- Pick and pack using our computerised system and barcode scanners
- Follow stock control & inventory management processes
- Dispatch of orders with various couriers via our centralised software platform
- Receiving in of components and materials
- Period stock takes

**Your Skills**
- Ability to work quickly with accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous warehouse experience would be an asset but is not required
- Identify potential issues and problem solve with a positive can-do attitude
- Comfortable with using computers
- Keen to put in an increased effort when required in periods of demand increase
