**Ecommerce Warehouse Assistant
- Christmas casual**

As the Ecommerce Warehouse Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:
Duties will include:

- Picking, packing online store orders
- Online Order Processing and dispatching
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Attending to customers who drop into our warehouse for pick-up of their order
- Chasing up where parcels have been delayed or missing with our courier partners
- Restocking our picking bay
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Assisting with receiving new stock
- Lifting boxes onto trolleys
- Operating the walkie stacker (no forklift licence required)

The hours will be 15-25 hours per week Monday to Friday. During the peak season you may be asked to work some extra hours.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Attention to detail: Ability to maintain focus when completing tasks. Orders need to be packed correctly.
- **Teamwork and independence**: Ability to work effectively with others while also working alone at times.
- **Time management**: Capacity to meet productivity targets
- **Safety awareness**: Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and practices

**Essential Requirements**
- Previous warehouse experience
- Physically fit for lifting
- Current driver's license
- Computer literate
- previous experience using ecommerce platforms would be a huge advantage
- Reliable and hard working
- Available to work through to December at least. November is our peak month, so we need you available during the entire month of November.
