The Role

The LC4S Project Controls Officer will provide project and financial support to the LC4S IWP Lead providing f

orecasts, controls, accounting and reports for the Land C4 Systems Branch Integrated Work Package (IWP) and its associated projects.

**Requirements**:
Provide direct support to the Land C4 Systems IWP Lead for all aspects of accounting and controls, including development and maintenance of the Land C4 Systems IWP Work Under Contract / Back Log file(s), forecasting, preparation and maintenance of WBS, budget planning, chargeability reporting and analysis, market sector reports, project status table reports, risks and opportunities report, sales/revenue/JI tracker reports and analysis and other relevant controls reports and analysis.

Manage Land C4 Systems IWP delegations IAW TAM, including for procurement, contracting, bids.

Support Land C4 Systems IWP scheduling and risk management activities.

Support development and review of proposal cost build up and pricing submissions for proposals, including Bid Estimators.

Assist with Proposal to Project transition / set up and implementation and closure of projects.

Assist with preparation of Land C4 Systems IWP Forecasts.

Coordination of the production of reports and presentations for GM ISS.

Coordination of the Land C4 Systems IWP participation in ISS BU and project performance reviews.

Administer and audit the Land C4 Systems IWP controls functions and financial system, including monitoring timesheet records, expenses and budgets within the Land C4 Systems IWP to comply with approved policies.

Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports

Support the review of contract, subcontract and other pricing models

Assist in the review and processing of contract variations.

Other reasonable tasks as assigned by Land C4 Systems IWP Lead relevant to this appointment, skill set and experience.

Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience and qualifications/accreditation in project management and project control systems

Advanced skills in Microsoft packages including Microsoft Project

Experience in the use of accounting and spreadsheet packages

Experience with the SAP Enterprise Resource Management system is highly desirable

Tertiary qualifications in finance, project management/controls or a related field or equivalent work experience would be ideal

Ability to obtain a Defence Security Clearance
