Job Title: Governance Support Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert support to the Governance Manager in coordinating and tracking Governance Reviews for the LC4 Program.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of governance and management forums, including the Program Steering Group and Capability Management Board.

In addition, this role requires the coordination of correspondence, briefings, and presentations for the LC4 Executive.

This position works within the Capability Management Office (CMO) supporting the SO1 Capability Management and LC4 Governance Manager.

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience as a business analyst or project practitioner
  • An ability to present and explain One Defence Capability System policy and guidance
  • Experience in enterprise governance practices
  • Highly effective written skills to support documentation requirements
  • Ability to effectively work in an agile team environment

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
