**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Selection and Development**:Identify and source on-trend, high-quality home merchandise that aligns with our clients brand and direction. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- **Sourcing**:Source new fabrics & ingredients following global trends and brand aesthetic. Work with suppliers and design to develop new product offering.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
- **OTB Management**:Collaborate with planning team to optimize stock levels/minimize excess inventory. Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for restocking or discontinuing items.
- **Strategic Planning**:Work closely with the merchandising team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive sales and profitability. Contribute to seasonal and promotional planning to maximize revenue opportunities.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective merchandising strategies. Provide input on product positioning and marketing campaigns.

**About you**:

- Proven experience as a Merchandise Buyer with experience in product development within health/homeware.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
