**About your new role**:
Once a month there is a Paediatric clinic specifically for children in OOHC which requires support from an out of home care health case manager. There is always an opportunity to be creative and provide suggestions or ideas that may improve the service.

Our team is friendly, supportive, and highly knowledgeable, working in a challenging yet deeply rewarding environment. Regular support is provided by the District Coordinator and Clinical Lead.

Within the role you will benefit from the expertise of skilled clinicians across various disciplines and receive guidance from a Level 4 Clinical Lead and District Coordinator. An OOHC-specific orientation will facilitate a smooth transition into the role, and ongoing supervision is both recommended and available.

Our internal educational resources and external professional development opportunities are on going and attendance at various educational and training sessions throughout the year is expected, covering topics such as trauma, culturally safe practices, and child protection, among others.

**Additional Information**:

- An eligibility list will be created for future temporary part time vacancies.
- This position is full time; however, part time arrangements will be considered (minimum 3 days/24 hours per week
