We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Coordinator based at our newly refurbished support office in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. You will utilise your learning experience by providing support on a range of learning activities including delivering exceptional customer service to Defence Bank employees, assisting with the management and compliance of the learning system and collaborating with the Learning Partners on a variety of projects to develop Defence Bank's overall performance and capability.

**Description**:
**This position is accountable for**:

- Delivering learning administration support.
- Resolving employee and people leader queries about learning, providing advice and assistance as needed.
- Maintaining, reviewing and updating a broad range of learning solutions (spanning compliance, product, professional development, and systems) for delivery using a range of modes including eLearning modules.
- Supporting our new starters with their onboarding and induction training plans.
- Maintaining learning data and preparing reports (collecting and interpreting data).

**Skills and Experiences**:
**You will have**:
You’re passionate about all things learning. Learning administration and course maintenance are strengths and you’re comfortable proactively rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. You are flexible and adaptable, willing and able to step into the P&C space, supporting our people through induction and onboarding as needed.

At least 1-2 years’ experience in a human resources/learning coordinator role.
Experience working with a LMS (ELMO is desired.)
Experience managing a learning register.
Learning qualifications - Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
An interest in broadening your skills in facilitating to small groups.

**Desired experience or skills in**:
Communication (both written and verbal).
Problem solving, and trouble shooting.
Picking up new concepts/systems quickly.
Maintaining a learning management system.
Planning, organising, and strong time management skills.
Good attention to detail.
Effective stakeholder engagement (with stakeholders and team members at all levels).
Process improvement.
End to end learning development exposure (i.e. needs analysis, design and development, coordinate delivery, assessment, and evaluation).
Analysing data and preparing reports.
Creating and maintaining content using web-based authoring tools.
