Melbourne, Australia Asahi Beverages Full time

**Your Impact**

As the People Coordinator - Learning and Leadership, you’ll play a key role in enabling a high-quality learning experience across Asahi Beverages. Working closely with the Leadership Development Manager, you’ll be the coordination powerhouse behind our learning and leadership programs — supporting the delivery of blended learning, maintaining system integrity and ensuring a seamless experience for participants and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day logistics of learning and leadership programs. This includes calendar management, participant communications, venue bookings, catering, materials preparation, feedback collection and follow-up.
- Support the administration and reporting of learning activities using SuccessFactors LMS. Ensure data accuracy, support system-based communications, and assist in the maintenance of SharePoint learning resources.
- Help implement digital and blended learning strategies. Set up virtual classrooms using Microsoft Teams/Zoom and assist with interactive learning tools and assessments. Provide first-line tech support for in-person and virtual events.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective program delivery. Coordinate with facilitators, HRBPs and team leaders to optimise the learning experience and meet program requirements.

**About You**:
You are a highly organised and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have an eye for detail, a passion for learning, and a strong service orientation. You model accountability, enable collaboration, and inspire learning through your daily work. You’re driven to make an impact and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. You enjoy being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly — whether behind the scenes or in the room on the day.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education, Events or a related field.
- Experience coordinating learning programs or events in a corporate environment.
- Exposure to learning management systems — experience with SAP SuccessFactors is ideal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
- A collaborative, can-do mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
