Golf Clearance Outlet has recently re-emerged to take its place at a national level in Golf retail. The business model is both modern and dynamic as it has both traditional retail and online orders being driven through each state store.

This opportunity is there for a dynamic Store Manager to take the helm of our newly positioned Sydney state franchise. The new store will be a very busy mix of traditional retail as well as servicing all the E-Com orders into NSW. The successful applicant will have 3 key ingredients.

**About the role**

We are looking for a leader for GCO Sydney. Days will be filled with positive interactions with customers, suppliers and colleagues. Encouraging customers to make purchases that lead to greater enjoyment and stronger results in their game. Working towards elevating GCO Sydney as the preferred retail option by the wider Sydney customer base, and in turn grow its reputation year on year for excellence and value.

- Posting positive financial results and achieving sales, margin and inventory targets.
- Pushing the team to deliver in-store merchandising, operations and customer service.
- Work collaboratively with staff and suppliers.
- Seeking out efficiencies across the business to maximise performance.
- Actively seeking growth opportunities in the store and wider NSW market.

**Are you the right person?**

We want a ‘people person’. Someone who cares about their staff and customers while also knowing how to get the job done. It requires strong leadership skills and the ability to build up the people around them. There’s no doubt it is demanding and varied, but also incredibly rewarding both professionally and personally.

The working environment and how good it is will mostly be set by you. This largely autonomous role will be you running the show and calling the shots more and more as you grow into the position.

We are paying way higher than the industry norm with a very attractive package. Base + super + commission.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

- Artarmon, NSW 2064: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
