**BACKGROUND INFORMATION**:
The Sales & System Training Manager’s position is a critically important one as part of Australian Finance Group’s acquisition and continued integration of Fintelligence as its Asset Finance broking aggregator.

The Sales & System Training Manager’s position is responsible for efficient, professional training and related support to the national AFG broker network, enabling those brokers wishing to write asset finance loans via the dedicated AFG Asset Finance broker platform, to do so efficiently and compliantly.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Proactive, expert development and ongoing maintenance of AFG’s ‘Asset Finance’ training program, ensuring it stays up to date with all aspects of the ever-evolving value proposition.
- Primary responsibility for the use and maximisation of the AFG ‘White Label’ version of Ambition Cloud platform, for all new and current network brokers. The related training will be aimed at system efficiency and sales performance optimisation and may involve onsite visitations or short-term placements at Broker sites.
- Regularly and proactively track the sales performance and system efficiency of those Brokers using the AFG ‘White Label’ version of Ambition Cloud and related marketing and sales processes, and subsequently report results to relevant internal stakeholders to ensure all results are maximised.
- Reliably provide Help Desk support for the AFG ‘White Label’ version of Ambition Cloud, ensuring questions are handled in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Proactively contribute to the ongoing improvement of the AFG ‘White Label’ version of Ambition Cloud functionality via regular liaison with AFG senior management and, where applicable, the IT development team, including coordination of broker feedback and where applicable, testing of system enhancements.
- Based on observations made and feedback collected by system users, working with the broader Learning & Development team to continually enhance the system’s knowledge base and related user guides.
- Co-ordinate all relevant information re: the AFG ‘White Label’ version of Ambition Cloud (i.e., changes, enhancements, outages, etc.) to the broker network.
- Assist in the training of Brokers using the AFG ‘White Label’ version of Ambition Cloud regarding compliance-related issues identified. I.e., required timing of disclosure documents, record keeping, etc.
- Professionally contribute to the growth of AFG’s external brands, including attendance of industry events, trade exhibitions and professional development conferences.
