About the Role The Watch Dealers is seeking a permanent full-time Retail Manager to lead operations at our Robina location. This role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and leading a motivated team. Duties and Responsibilities - Overseeing day-to-day activities of the retail store. - Leading and directing staff, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management. - Creating and enforcing policies and procedures to optimise operational efficiency. - Tracking and evaluating sales performance and financial metrics. - Managing financial operations, including budgeting and preparing reports. - Building and maintaining supplier partnerships, including negotiation of terms and pricing. - Executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention. - Handling customer complaints while maintaining exceptional service standards. - Adhering to and enforcing safety protocols to ensure workplace health and safety compliance. Skills and Qualifications - Minimum of a Diploma-level qualification in Retail Management or at least three years of relevant experience. - At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail management discipline. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Proven experience in sales and customer service. - Ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a store. - Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
