Based in our **West Lakes** Store and working towards customer growth activities you will be responsible for: - Providing individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on the customer needs, showcasing the value and benefits of these products for easy decision making - Working within the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products and the acquisition of new members Taking a ‘customer first’ approach, you will also: - Assist our existing Bupa members in their day to day transactions - Ensure the customers understand the full value of their health insurance product - Provide solutions to any identified concerns or needs - Educate members on all the benefits they can access **What you’ll enjoy** We reward our people and celebrate their success.
