Permanent Technology Risk Manager working for a leading trading firm based in Sydney.
**Your new company**

You will be working in a growing company based in Sydney which offers an exciting opportunity of a permanent role. Due to the growth of the company, it is seeking for a Technology Risk Manager to help improve its IT Risk, Compliance and Control processes. You will have a strong focus in identifying IT risks across the APAC Region and have the opportunity to influence design and governance frameworks

**Your new role**

As a Technology Risk Manager, you will define the IT risk management and assurance strategy across the APAC region, working collaboratively with their global offices. You will also drive the incident management process as well as IT assurance activities for all control functions. You will develop fluency with existing systems, infrastructure, and procedures, and proactively improve them.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong experience in IT Operations and Risk within the financial markets industry.
- Strong experience managing line 1 and/or line 2 Operational risk.
- Experience in delivery IT Risk, compliance and assurance programs.
- Experience in Infrastructure engineering would be an advantage.
