T.C Boxes was born with the simple objective of providing safe, reliable and secure storage solutions to tradies of Australia. As T.C Boxes grew, they found it was not just trades who needed toolboxes, Campers need canopies, hunters needed dog boxes and a few of us just needed somewhere to put things on the ute. T.C Boxes product range has continually developed over the past 3 years to be the most extensive toolbox and canopy range in Australia.

**Overview of the Role**:
T.C Boxes Bundamba are looking for a
**proactive**,
**organised **and
**bubbly** individual to provide administrative and customer service support within our operations team. You will be the first and last point of contact for our customers when their accessories are being fitted to their vehicles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with customers regarding their installations
- Managing customer installation bookings
- Assisting the Sales Team with taking inbound sales calls
- General administrative tasks to assist with the preparation of upcoming installations
- Dealing with external contractors for smooth completion of customer orders i.e. powder coating and external fitting of components.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organised with proficient time management ability
- Strong work ethic, with excellent multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication and strong relationship building capability
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential)
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Experience in the motor industry is not essential but will be highly regarded
- Netsuite experience also highly regarded but not essential
