**Accountabilities include**:

- Process contract payment data into TransLink's payment systems within target timeframes ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inputs. Includes checking, reconciling payments to SAP and collating and work flowing supporting documents ready for review and authorisation.
- Prepare contract payment workings in accordance with contract conditions and internal procedures and ensure that supporting calculations and payment processes are transparent and meet generally accepted audit requirements.
- Assist in maintaining the monthly issues register for contract payment issues in liaison with relevant contract managers.
- Perform contract cost accruals and related end of month processes as required and provide information on cash flow requirements for planned monthly contract payments to assist with cash management.
- Provide general financial advice and budget management support to internal stakeholders as required.
- Assist in the preparation of service provider financial viability reports including financial ratio preparation and analysis.
- Assist in the co-ordination and management of other contract finance functions as directed.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Contract Management teams, service providers and other stakeholders with a focus on achieving value for money outcomes.
- Provide general administrative support and assistance to the contracts finance functions including secretarial functions for contract finance meetings and record management.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by complying with Workplace Health and Safety legislation, codes of practice, standards and authority policy and procedures and participating in risk management and corrective action programs.
- Other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed.

This role reports to the Manager (Contracts Finance) and has no director reports.
