Job description:

- The role is responsible for the organisation and planning of infrastructure and coordination of suppliers at events, guiding State Operations Managers and teams to deliver the National Events Calendar and assisting in quoting and pricing up new tenders and quotes.
- The Events/Administration Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and working the National Calendar of Events, supporting and growth of new technologies within the business. The focus is to deliver sustainable events and festivals, divert waste from landfill and increase recycling rates while keeping each site clean and tidy.
- Main responsibilities involves, but is not limited to:
- Overseeing and events from the start to the finish.
- Bumping in infrastructure and gear, movement of bins from the warehouse to site in a truck or utility vehicle, taking delivery of equipment and setting up bins and recycling stations on site.
- Supervising staff at the event.
- Oversees the bump out and final clean of the event site. This involves movement of gear off site back to the warehouse, supervision of staff, fine comb litter pick and cleaning of the site.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Driver's license.
- Flexible to work in 24/7 environment
- Open to travel Nationally and Internationally
- Start date as soon as possible
