As a Performance Technical Lead, you'll be an integral part of our ETSA Performance Test team. Your role will involve leveraging your technical expertise to implement the best practices in performance testing, ensuring high-quality services for both business and technology stakeholders.

This position requires strong analytical skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to mentor and support junior team members. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you'll play a crucial role in achieving operational goals and driving excellence in performance testing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example in creating, executing, and reporting on performance test artifacts, maintaining adherence to standards and guidelines.
- Coach, mentor, and provide on-the-job training for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation to support performance test delivery and define quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key project stakeholders across various divisions and operational areas.
- Tailor communication to different audiences, both written and verbal, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Drive strategic thinking and innovation to improve efficiency and advocate for the benefits of the performance test team.

**Role Requirements and Qualifications: Mandatory Requirements**:

- Ability to obtain an Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC).
- Two (2) or more years of experience in leading or managing a team.
- Six (6) or more years of experience in testing or quality assurance roles.
- Proficiency in test performance tools and languages such as NeoLoad and LoadRunner.
- Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring staff.
- Familiarity with different delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.

**Desirable**:

- Suitable ISTQB or equivalent certifications.
