About the Role

As the Data Integrity Team Leader, reporting to the Group Manager - National Pricing, you'll lead and mentor our Data Integrity team. A highly collaborative role with our internal/external stakeholders looking to drive performance of critical data objects. This role would suit an experienced Master Data Leader, who is technically minded and highly skilled in the Master Data management, governance and process area including project management.

Your role is pivotal in maintaining data quality for Customer, Materials & Suppliers. The role is crucial for supporting Bega's group business operations plan. You'll ensure smooth data transitions for present and future projects at Bega Group.

Responsibilities- Manage workflows and forms to facilitate streamlined creation and maintenance of critical data objects for Master Data Management.- Deliver data standards, workflow and automation projects.-
- Lead a team of data specialists across Bega sites, overseeing Master Data management processes, maintaining the data dictionary, and conducting quality checks on critical data objects.- Drive continuous improvement in Master Data Management to align with the Bega Group's strategic goals and enhance master data quality.

About you- A leadership background with a proven track record in Master Data Management is mandatory, preferably within FMCG.- A solid background in project management.- A process improvement mindset and the desire to improve yours and your team's working methods.- ERP system experience ideally SAP, expertise in PowerBI and advanced Excel skills.- The ability to work on a large-scale database and work under pressure, meeting SLAs.
