**Overview**

The Operational Integrity Analyst primarily supports responses to regulator data requests for the Retirement Solutions business. This role also contributes to strategic initiatives and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. Combining analytical expertise and thought leadership, you will help drive data-driven decisions to enhance performance. Note: The role is expected to last 12 months.

**Key Responsibilities**

**_Strategic Focus _**
- Assist with data-related inquiries and investigations.
- Develop plans to maintain outcome quality for regulators and clients.
- Seek continuous improvement opportunities.

**_Operational Management _**
- Collaborate on problem-solving and maintain team dynamics.
- Support strategic operational initiatives.
- Document business requirements, technical specs, and business cases.
- Analyse complex data to inform decision-making and influence stakeholders.
- Estimate efforts and sequencing for deliverables and identify schedule impacts.
- Create insightful reports for governance forums, focusing on success metrics.
- Champion continuous improvement and reject the status quo.
- Use SQL for data manipulation and quality assurance.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance.

**_Governance & Risk _**
- Promote risk awareness and proactive issue identification.
- Ensure activities align with MUFG practices and policies.
- Follow information security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

**Experience & Attributes**
- Strong ability to analyse and interpret data from multiple sources.
- In-depth knowledge of the superannuation industry, preferably in insurance.
- Proven experience in business analysis in finance.
- Proficient with data analysis tools.
- Ability to take ownership of deliverables.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Commercial, risk-aware, and outcome-focused.Excellent problem-solving skills.
