**About the Role**
As **Practice Manager**, you’ll be at the helm of a high-energy, fast-paced practice, ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering exceptional patient experiences. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic clinical and admin team, ensuring the optimisation of resources, processes, and workflows. Your leadership will guarantee that every patient walks away feeling valued and cared for, while you create an inspiring, supportive environment for your team to thrive in.
This position is full-time and based onsite.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead and Inspire**: Manage and motivate a talented team of dental assistants and receptionists to deliver top-tier patient care.
- **Collaborate & Innovate**: Work closely with our clinical team and Practice Development Manager to ensure all systems and procedures are running smoothly.
- **Drive Excellence**: Oversee both clinical and administrative operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and exceptional patient service every day.
**What You Bring**
You’re a proven leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams and driving operational success. You’ll bring:
- **Experience**: At least 3 years experience in the Dental Industry
- **Leadership Skills**: You’re a natural at motivating diverse teams, building strong working relationships, and leading by example, with a minimum of 1 years management experience.
- **Can-Do Attitude**: A proactive, solution-oriented approach with excellent time management skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
