**You'll be responsible for**
- Developing and maintaining accurate workforce forecasting models to anticipate future staffing needs and trends with a focus on internal and external dispute resolution complaints.
- Monitoring and evaluating workforce metrics to track performance and efficiency of workforce strategies.
- Providing strategic recommendations based on data to support decision making including using assumptions for scenario modelling complaints.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to align workforce strategies with organisational goals.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors to support workforce sourcing efforts.

**About you**
- Extensive experience in workforce forecasting and data visualisation tools.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning methodologies and processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
