**Job Title: Office All-Rounder - Accounts / Bookkeeping Focus**
**Location**: Strathfield South, NSW
**Job Type**: Full-Time / Monday to Friday
**About Us**:
Concept Floors is a commercial flooring company providing tailored flooring solutions across a range of industries. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an organised and proactive Office All-Rounder to join our friendly team.
**About the Role**:
This is a diverse role suited to someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. While the core focus is on accounts and general bookkeeping, you’ll also assist with a range of office administration tasks to help keep our operations running smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations and data entry
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Managing supplier statements and following up on payments
- Assisting with payroll and BAS preparation
- General office admin support (filing, answering phones, ordering supplies)
- Assisting with job documentation and records
- Liaising with clients and suppliers as needed
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Previous experience in a similar accounts/admin role
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB or similar)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Friendly, reliable, and able to multitask in a small team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
