**About the Role**
We're seeking an enthusiastic Reports Officer with experience in the NDIS sector.
This new, full-time hybrid position offers an excellent opportunity to take charge of our reporting team, ensuring the effective management of all NDIS-related documentation for clients in various locations across Australia. As a Reports Officer, you will play a key role in overseeing and improving our reporting services throughout Sydney and Australia wide, directly contributing to the well-being of the individuals we assist.
**Tasks & responsibilities**:
1. Report Preparation:
- Compile detailed reports in accordance with NDIS guidelines and requirements.
- Gather information from various sources, including support worker notes, assessments and support plans.
2. Documentation:
- Document relevant information accurately and comprehensively.
3. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with support coordinators, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to gather necessary data.
- Maintain effective communication with support workers for the shift notes.
4. Compliance:
- Ensure that all reports adhere to NDIS guidelines and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in NDIS policies and procedures.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Review and edit reports for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in report writing.
6. Data Management:
- Organise and manage data in a systematic manner to facilitate report generation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
**Required Qualification and Experience**:
*) Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
*) Experience in report writing, preferably in the context of disability services or healthcare.
*) Knowledge of the NDIS framework and guidelines.
*)Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*) Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation.
*)Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
*) Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.
*) Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software for report writing.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Parramatta, NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
