Disability Support Worker – Melbourne CBD | Flexible Shifts

Harmony House Community Care and Services is hiring an experienced Disability Support Worker to support a participant with complex needs. The role focuses on daily community outings and consistent behavioural support.

We're looking for someone confident in working with individuals who present complex behaviours, and who can remain calm, professional, and proactive in all situations.

  • Proven experience supporting NDIS participants with complex behavioural needs
  • Strong behaviour support skills and emotional resilience
  • Willingness to use your own vehicle (with a provided mesh barrier)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and other relevant compliance
  • Reliability, consistency, and professional boundaries
