**Area 51 BNE Australia’s Largest Indoor Family Entertainment Centre located in Underwood is seeking experienced Floor Managers for our busy weekends.**

As the Floor Manager of Area 51 you will report directly to the Operations Manager.

The Floor Manager’s role is to ensure that customers enjoy their time at Area 51 whilst maintaining safety standards at all times. You will also be responsible for the development and management of floor staff. Ensuring staff are trained in all aspects of their roles and are adhering to strict safety requirements. _Hours to be negotiated but must be available weekends
- both Saturday and Sunday._

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Customer & Staff Satisfaction
- Proven leadership and direction to our staff to ensure we maintain a high-performance team
- Oversee staff activities and ensure staff comply with policies and procedures
- Training of Staff
- Customer Service experience mandatory
- Conflict resolution experience
- Provide support to staff
- Manage rostering requirements/ allocate breaks
- Oversee Workplace Health and Safety for the centre
- Monitor stock levels at all times
- Effectively manage rostering costs and operating costs within budget
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Have experience in a similar role, fast paced retail/ entertainment/ hospitality venue
- Ability to manage a large flexible roster
- Experience in people leadership and management including coaching, motivating, and development of staff

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
