Floor Manager

We are seeking an energetic and professional Floor Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will be the face of the venue, ensuring smooth operations on the floor and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
About the Role
As Floor Manager, you will take charge of the customer experience from the moment guests walk in the door. You'll be responsible for greeting and seating guests, maintaining flow across the floor, supporting staff during service, and making sure everything runs seamlessly. You will also act as the link between front-of-house and back-of-house, keeping communication clear and service standards high.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism
- Managing reservations, walk-ins, and table flow during service
- Overseeing and supporting wait staff to ensure high standards of service
- Maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service
- Monitoring floor presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout shifts
About You
You have experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory role, and thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment. You are confident, approachable, and organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to keep the floor running smoothly. A genuine passion for customer service, leadership, and teamwork is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
