**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Ceiling and Wall Lining Technician to join our Team in the South of Perth Metropolitan area.

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for all gyprock maintenance on new homes to ensure that SP Ceilings expectation of performance, quality, customer service and costs are met.

**About You**

This role requires you to have outstanding skills in all aspects of the ceiling and wall fixing. You would need to be currently working in the trade and be able to undertake to a high standard Framing, Fixing, Flushing, Cornicing, and Patching.
- Trade qualification Certificate in Ceiling and Wall lining
- At least 4 years recent experience as a Ceiling and Wall Lining Contractor (Residential Construction)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A hands on attitude, strong problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
- A strong commitment to health and safety including a current White Card
- Hold a current C Class License
- Be well presented as you will also be attending client occupied homes.

In addition, as part of the Scott Park Group recruitment process successful applicants will be asked to complete a criminal background check, and provide a current National Police Clearance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
