**Your new company**
This State Government Department are working to support South Australians across all life stages from childhood to adulthood, by providing access to essential integrated services. They are committed to providing support that every child needs towards their aspirations. The Department is seeking a Team Coordinator to join the team to provide temporary support.

**Your new role**
You will be providing a range of support across personal assistant, secretarial and administrative tasks to the director, data reporting analytics and directorate staff. Your tasks will be varied within this role but may include the following:

- Management and coordination of the Director’s diaries
- Ensuring relevant meeting papers and information is ready along with booking of meeting rooms
- Preparing correspondence including report and briefings ensuring they meet with department standards and requirements
- Maintaining contact lists, information storage and file tracking
- Providing financial support including monitoring invoices, accounts payable, reconciliations, staff timesheet approvals.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience working as in Office Management of Executive / Personal Assistant roles.
- Effective and professional communication across written and verbal means.
- The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders including the general public
- The ability to work to strict deadlines, with proven ability to identify and analyse information and customer needs
- Previous experience working with confidential and sensitive information
- Previous experience working with Objective or a similar program is highly desired.
