We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Manager**.** As a Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the products they need and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and managing inventory. You will also handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all sales are properly recorded. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, addressing any concerns, and providing product recommendations.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or product shortages.
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability while remaining competitive within the fuel station market.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Process customer orders and handle customer complaints or concerns.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of basic math and computer skills
- Familiarity with inventory management and stocking procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Must have AQF Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor level qualification in Business Management, Retail Management or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Retail Management, preferably in the fuel or hospitality industry.
