**Management Couple-Remote Queensland**

We have an amazing opportunity available for an experienced Management Couple for this off grid property located in Far North Queensland.

The property offers onsite fuel, food, guest accommodation and camping grounds.

**Mid October Start**

**Package**:

- $150,000 combined salary + super
- Annual Bonus Structure
- Free onsite house Accommodation

**Duties**:

- Day to day management of a remote property in a hands on capacity covering onsite accommodation, retail outlet, cafe, bar, fuel outlets, camp ground
- Hands on work in kitchen, retail, food & beverage, housekeeping and maintenance
- Hands on front counter work
- General uploading of invoices, checking off stock arrivals, pricing of stock
- Accommodation reservations, guest arrivals and departures
- Counting and balancing of tills, general banking and administration procedures
- Monitor fuel levels / fuel dips
- Ensuring safe environment for staff and guests
- Open / close of venue procedures
- Offer excellence in customer service
- Report to offsite owners and offer regular updates in relation to site operations
- Manage a very small team of seasonal staff
- Other duties as required
- Willing to live and work in a remote destination
- Able to be hands on across all areas of the property
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Hold or obtain prior to offer a National Police Clearance
- Hold or be able to obtain a senior first aid certificate
- Be willing to commit to a minimum 12+ months
