**The role**: As the Technology Officer you will undertake a range of IT duties working within procedures to provide timely level 2 technical support both remote and on-site, incident management and request fulfilment.

- End User Computing
- Servers
- Networks and Unified Communications

**Key duties include**:
- Provide timely support to clients by conducting thorough investigation and diagnosis of incidents and providing remedial action to ensure agreed Service Levels are maintained.
Are you right for this role?The ideal Technology Officer will demonstrate their ability to deliver high quality support to clients while at the same time manage their own workload, they will prioritise work tasks and be able to identify and resolve ICT related work problems within defined service level agreements.
Demonstrated experience or the ability to quickly learn ServiceNow and ITIL Service Management processes will be well regarded.
