We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated **Female Personal Care Worker** to join our supportive team on a **permanent part-time basis**. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping others live with independence, dignity, and wellbeing in the comfort of their own home.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance, following each client’s Care Plan.
- Support with personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and toileting.
- Work alongside Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, tailored care.
- Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients, families, and the care team.
- Assist with light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Record accurate daily client notes and report concerns promptly.
- Support safe use of mobility aids, exercise routines, and non-sterile dressings under RN guidance.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability (or equivalent)
- Current Senior First Aid (HLTAID011), CPR (HLTAID009), and Manual Handling (HLTWHS005) (valid for at least 3+ months).
- Roadworthy, insured vehicle and a current Australian driver’s licence.
- Federal Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months).
- Reliable, insured vehicle and valid Australian driver’s licence.

**Preferred Skills**:
Strong **clinical knowledge and assessment skills**.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Knowledge of NDIS, aged care, or mental health systems.
