Our client is a super fund which provides comprehensive and competitive industry specific benefits to members and employers.

They operate on the principle of being _'large enough to provide value to members but small enough to care'_ and are one of the few remaining niche industry-specific funds in the superannuation industry.

**The role**:

- Answering inbound calls from members, employers and other stakeholders
- Driving member retention and acquisition
- Supporting members in making informed decisions
- Manage and resolve member and employer concerns and complaints
- Other as advised

**About You**:
You will be the trusted voice of the fund, brand advocate and the consummate professional. Always placing the member first, you will be personable, patient and have a natural ability to adjust and adapt your communication style effectively. Through your experience you have:

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
- Empathy and a genuine desire to assist customers
- Excellent active listening skills to understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
- Superannuation/Finance experience will be highly regarded

Previous experience in financial services, in particular superannuation, and RG146 qualification will be highly regarded (but they will look outside). The role will be based at their South-Western based office 5 days a week initially and then will move to 3 days in the office.
