Customer Service Officer

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the team on a permanent full-time role. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role is responsible for taking inbound customer calls and processing general requests about automotive finance products.

**What you'll do**
- Take inbound queue calls from customers and providing high level of customer service
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Offer tailored solutions to remedy problems with accounts
- Process customer requests efficiently and in a timely manner
- Process manual direct debits

**What you'll bring**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or inbound call centre role
- Qualifications in Financial Services is preferable but not essential
- Exceptional phone manner and able to deal with all types of personalities
- High level of attention to details and accuracy while working under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
